This Flex Zone can be used via Bridge function as a large zone or as two independent zones depending on your cooking needs at any time. The Flex Zone consists of two independent inductors that can be controlled separately. The large zone will accommodate dishes with a diameter of 250 mm or 280 mm (Square or oval dishes are acceptable), ideal for griddles, barbeque and large pans.

The Boost function enhances the heating power when you need to quickly get a high temperature. You can use the Boost function on any cooking zone.
